Health Guarantee
All puppies adopted from AussieDogWorld.com come with a health guarantee. Each puppy is:
- Vet-examined before going home
- Up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming
- Raised in a clean, caring environment
If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious, life-altering genetic or congenital condition within the guarantee period, we will work directly with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include replacement with another available puppy of similar value.
Health guarantee details are provided in writing at the time of adoption.
Return Policy
Because puppies are living animals, we do not offer traditional “returns” or refunds. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to care for your puppy at any point:
- We require that the puppy be returned to AussieDogWorld.com
- We will assist in rehoming or placing the puppy in a safe, appropriate environment
- No refund will be issued, but the puppy’s welfare will always remain our top priority
This policy ensures that every puppy is protected and placed in a loving home.
Deposits
All deposits made to reserve a puppy are:
- Non-refundable
- Applicable toward the final adoption price
Deposits secure your chosen puppy and remove it from availability, which is why they cannot be refunded.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your adoption before pickup or delivery:
- Your deposit remains non-refundable
- Any additional payments beyond the deposit may be eligible for partial refund depending on circumstances and timing

Pickup & Delivery Issues
If you are unable to pick up your puppy on the agreed date:
- Please notify us as early as possible
- Boarding fees may apply for extended stays
- Failure to communicate may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the puppy being re-listed
